Well, a complete quotation includes mold cost and product price, based on your inquiry such as:

1. 3D drawings; 2. Materials & Application; 3.Surface Finishing; 4. Quantity; 5. Color; 6. Other requirements such as packing, shipping and so on.

You send custom drawing(better 3D file) or sample to us, we estimate and offer you mold cost and product, you confirm the quotation, we design and make mold and samples, and then send the sample for your approval, and start mass production after you approve the sample

The mold cost covers 1 or 2 pieces of free samples, but you need to pay the freight.If you need more samples, we can provide with extra charge.

It depends on your order quantity and products,usually it takes 10-20 days after the sample confirmed.

By air: it will take 5-7 workdays; By sea: it will take 20-50 days.

We will keep you closely informed about the process of the production with pictures or videoes, to ensure all issues are resolved prior to the delivery of goods. If everything goes smooth,we shall send out the goods immediately, meanwhile you will get the tracking number right away.
